Milling the wood
The mill is carefully positioned, leveled and checked. The operator presses the starter button, the two cylinder motor fires up, the chain whirrs and the motor/chain assembly glides on rollers to cut the wood in a perfectly flat slice about 2-1/2 inches thick.
