Perennial morning glory (Ipomoea indica)

Ipomoea indica frost

Killed to the ground

This perennial morning glory would take over the roof, the house, the neighborhood… if it weren’t for frost (and a lack of water). The plant normally re-sprouts from the ground, growing fast enough to create a green, tropical screen by mid-summer.
